DAY 4 OUR FIRST DAY ON THE INFINITY

We got off to an early start again because of that stupid clock radio. It started beeping at 6:15 and went on every 15 minutes. Being that today is a Sunday a lot of restaurants were closed so we had breakfast in the hotel. After we finished packing we had a porter take our luggage downstairs where we waited for Jules & Rita. Our driver came early so we were on our way about 10:50. The check-in process was very strange by the standards we know. You go the the first counter where they give you health forms that needed to be completed and she checked our passports. Next we had to turn in our passports. Then we took an elevator which took us down to ground level where we had to take a bus to the ship.

We went straight to the buffet to wait for Linda, Dick and Carolyn while waiting for the all clear announcement saying we could go to our cabins. We waited for our luggage so we could unpack. Thankfully our muster station was in the casino so we were able to sit down. We were going to the unofficial meet and greet which was totally unorganized so we didn't stay long and it was almost dinner time and you know us---G-d forbid we should miss a meal. After dinner we went to the theater and for an opening night show it was very good. We were so tired we said we were going to sleep
but we had to make a stop in the casino.

I forgot to tell everyone what haened at the dinner table tonight. We have main seating in the dining room and as usual the first night is always sloer than normal. As Enid and I were leaving the table someone came over and said we have 10 minutes to eave the table because they had to reare for the second seating. This has to be a first. We were all quite shocked by his attitude
